An innovative replacement filter to fit Donaldson PowerCore® CP collectors, PNs: P032358-016-340 and P280356-016-340. BHA® TotalPleat™, the proprietary filter provides key improvements over the OEM design. Long filter life, energy savings, and low pressure drop.
The answer to the outstanding performance of the TotalPleat filter is the more open flow passages within the pleatpack which allow dust to be pulse cleaned out of the filter more completely. In combination with a louvered grid on top of the filter, the open flow passages on the clean side greatly improve how well the cleaning pulse can reach the full depth of the filter. So rather than dust becoming trapped as it does deep in the flutes of the PowerCore filter, TotalPleat is better able to keep the flow passages free of dust accumulation and operate at a lower pressure drop, giving long useful filter life. Suitable for any application currently using Donaldson PowerCore CP cellulose blend filter.
