Semi-automated Bioprocessing System: SciLog® SciFlex™ TFF TFF

The SciLog SciFlex TFF is a configurable semi-automated single-use bioprocessing system for tangential flow filtration for use in discovery to production scale operations

• The SciLog® SciFlex® TFF is a mobile bioprocessing station designed to automatically monitor, adjust and document pressures and flow rate during tangential flow filtration (TFF) operations to optimize filtration speed and maximize filter life and efficiency. The SciFlex® TFF is highly configurable for specific needs.
• The SciFlex® TFF's automation paired with SciLog®'s inline SciPres® pressure sensors provides safe, walk-away system operation and eliminates the need for constant monitoring.
• Three different modes of control can be used including: Constant Rate TFF, Constant Pressure TFF and Manual Operation. Note: Constant Rate / Constant Pressure TFF is an available upgrade option.
• Intuitive application interface. OPC data collection via Ethernet, or on a USB flash memory in CSV format.
• Recipes can be conveniently stored and recalled at the time of execution. Up to 10 sequential steps can be stored to provide continuous processing.
• With Parker domnick hunter's Open Architecture® design philosophy of providing you with technology that fits your process rather than forcing you to adapt your process to available equipment; it is not necessary to change existing filters or membrane types / manufacturers because it will work with most TFF filters or membranes.
