HDF series drains are compact and highly reliable automatic float controlled condensate drains for industrial compressed air and biogas treatment applications. Because the drain never runs completely dry, no air/gas is lost during the discharge process. HDF series condensate drains therefore reduce the waste of compressed air/gas which has a positive effect on the efficiency of the whole system.Benefits:
• Zero air/gas loss
• Improved reliability due to large cross section outlet valve opening which minimizes the chance of blockage
• A low velocity condensate outlet ensures that no emulsion is created and supports installation of a static oil/water separator
• No need for electrical wiring, as no power supply is required
• Manual drain valve for discharge and operational check fitted as standard
