Zero loss mechanical float condensate drains for industrial compressed air and biogas treatment applications.
HDF series drains are compact and highly reliable automatic float controlled condensate drains for industrial compressed air and biogas treatment applications. Because the drain never runs completely dry, no air/gas is lost during the discharge process. HDF series condensate drains therefore reduce the waste of compressed air/gas which has a positive effect on the efficiency of the whole system.

• Improved reliability due to large cross section outlet valve opening which minimizes the chance of blockage
• A low velocity condensate outlet ensures that no emulsion is created and supports installation of a static oil/water separator
• No need for electrical wiring, as no power supply is required
• Manual drain valve for discharge and operational check fitted as standard
