Delivers fuel to large frame industrial gas turbines. Atomization for natural gas and liquid fuels. Parker provides a certified welded assembly which is fully flow tested to verify it meets the customer’s application requirements.
Parker produces fuel nozzles to customer’s designs for a wide variety of industrial gas turbines, utilizing the most advanced manufacturing techniques and equipment. Our internal design and testing capabilities include a full suite of CFD, FMEA tools, and a state-of-the-art spray analysis laboratory.
APPLICATIONS:
This technology is used on industrial gas turbines from 5-500 MW output.

• NADCAP certified in heat treat, fluorescent penetrant inspection and braze
• Semi- and fully-automatic TIG welding
• CNC-controlled electron beam welding
• Additive manufacturing – EOS M280 DMLS machine
• Fuel flow test capacity up to 10,000 lbs/ hr or 1000 psi
• Air flow capacity up to 800 lbs/ hr (Ae= 1.45 in2 @ 20” H2O)
