Venti-Pak® High-Efficiency Microglass Bag Filters feature high-loft micro-fiberglass media. All pocket edges are bonded with a high-integrity, double lock stitch design. Available in MERV 14, 13, 11, and 10 efficiency ratings.
Product Overview
The Venti-Pak® High-Efficiency Microglass Bag Filters with micro-fiberglass media delivers maximum dirt holding capacity and can be used as high-efficiency filters in demanding industrial and commercial HVAC systems or as a prefiltration solution.
The media is unaffected by moisture or humidity and pocket integrity is maintained through a double lock stitch and span stitch design that allows air to flow smoothly through the filter. The formation of the pockets (by span stitching) creates a wide-open entrance into each pocket. The uniformly shaped channels permit maximum air flow with minimum resistance and fully inflate each pocket, thus ensuring complete use of the media, excellent dust capture, and long service life.
Adjacent pocket retainers made of galvanized steel are fastened together with a high-strength mechanical staking process that secures the pockets and prevents separation under turbulent conditions. A rugged spun bonded synthetic scrim backing on the air-leaving side of the pockets protects the media from tearing or erosion.
Width and height dimensions are not interchangeable. Bag filters must be installed with pockets running vertically.
Optional headers, gaskets, retainer covers, and pocket loops are available upon request.
